Spider-Man: Brand New Day Bouquet Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is being run by Feyi Flowers and DnA PR Ltd. This giveaway (the 'Giveaway') is offered by Feyi Flowers, in collaboration with DnA PR Limited ('DnA'), of Pelham House, 25 Pelham Square, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4ET (together referred to as the 'Promoters').

2. Eligibility

Delivery addresses must be located within the UK. 

The following persons are excluded from entering the Giveaway:

• Employees of DnA PR Limited or any associated company of DnA PR Limited.
• Any person directly or indirectly involved in organising or running the Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @feyiflowers and @sonypicsathome.uk on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag the person they would most like to watch Spider-Man: Brand New Day at home with.

Multiple entries are permitted; however, each comment must tag a different person. Entrants must continue to follow @feyiflowers and @sonypicsathome.uk until after the Giveaway closing date. Entry into the Giveaway is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.

4. Giveaway Period
Entries open on the date the giveaway post is published and close at 11:59pm BST on the closing date stated in the caption. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive:

• One (1) limited edition Spider-Man: Brand New Day bouquet designed by Feyi Flowers.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the competition closing.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery

1. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
2. The delivery date will be confirmed directly with the winners once contact has been made.
3. Delivery will take place on a specific date selected by the Promoters and cannot be amended, postponed, redirected, or rearranged.
4. Winners are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the bouquet on the confirmed delivery date.
5. Neither Feyi Flowers nor DnA PR Ltd accepts responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.
6. In the event that a bouquet arrives damaged, winners should notify the Promoters as soon as reasonably possible so that the circumstances can be reviewed. Where appropriate, a replacement bouquet or redelivery will be arranged.
7. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

 

8. Publicity

By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a winner, their Instagram handle may be announced on Instagram Stories, posts, reels, and other social media content published by Feyi Flowers in connection with the giveaway.

Entrants further agree that any photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, user-generated content, or other materials created, submitted, shared, or published by them in relation to the giveaway, prize, or receipt of the prize may be reposted, shared, featured, and used by Feyi Flowers and DnA PR Ltd for promotional, marketing, editorial, and publicity purposes across their social media channels, websites, email communications, and other marketing materials without additional compensation or notice.

By accepting the prize, winners grant Feyi Flowers a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for promotional purposes connected with their brands and future campaigns. This use may include sharing content on websites, social media platforms, digital marketing materials, and other brand communications.

Section 9 – Data Protection

The Promoters will only use entrants' personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and arranging prize delivery.

 

Section 10 - Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Feyi Flowers and Sony Pics At Home UK, not to Instagram.

Section 11 – Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Promoters' liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights available to entrants under applicable law.

 

Section 12 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

 

Section 13 - General

• The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
• Where changes to the Giveaway or these Terms & Conditions are necessary due to circumstances outside the Promoters' reasonable control, any updates will be communicated through the relevant Instagram accounts.
