Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The Instagram competition to win a 3-month supply of flowers from Feyi.co.uk is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  2. How to Enter:

    • To enter the competition, participants must follow these steps:
      • Follow the Instagram account @feyiflowers.
      • Like the competition post on @pintfairy's Instagram account.
      • Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post on @pintfairy's Instagram account.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  3. Entry Period:

    • The competition begins on 08/04/24 and ends on 11/04/24. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
    • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 days after the end of the entry period.
    • If the winner does not respond within 2 days of the notification, a new winner may be selected.

  5. Prize:

    • The prize consists of a 3-month supply of flowers from Feyi.co.uk.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
    • Feyi.co.uk reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

  6. Publicity:

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Feyi.co.uk to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  7. General Conditions:

    • Feyi.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or inappropriate.
    • The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
    • Instagram is not associated with or responsible for this competition in any way.
    • By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
